CA Final 2020 – ICAI will conduct CA final exam on November 21, 23, 25, and 27 for Group 1 and on November 29, December 2, 4, 6 for Group 2. CA Final is conducted all over India in offline mode. 70% of the paper consists of descriptive questions and 30% consists of multiple-choice questions. Also, ICAI has notified that the exams to be held on Jan / Feb 2021 will start from January 21, 2020. The exams will be held in the same cities where the November exams are being held. ?Opt-Out? Scheme for November 2020 examination
Procedure for availing OPT?OUT facility :
Submit a declaration online available at official website from November 07, 2020 (Saturday) 9.00 PM Onwards.
On submitting the declaration, candidature of the student for November 2020 Examination Cycle-I will be cancelled and he/she will be given the option to:
- shift in next November 2020 Examination Cycle-II /tranche-II (to be scheduled in the second half of January 2021 / first half of February 2021)
- appear in May 2021 Examination Cycle
Kindly note that once option for ?Opt out? is taken, it will be treated as final. No request for its change will be entertained under any circumstances.
For remaining students who choose not to opt out, and appear for the exams commencing from 21st November 2020, the Institute has made all the required and necessary arrangements for smooth conduct of November 2020 examination (commencing from 21st November, 2020) across the globe including strict adherence to the precautions / measures related to COVID?19 which include thermal scanning, hands? sanitization, wearing of masks, maintaining social distancing at all times, following Government guidelines, etc. for the examinees / centre functionaries during the conduct of Chartered Accountant Examination.

CA Final 2020 Admit Card
The candidates can download the admit card for CA Final on the official website of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The admit card is released on icaiexam.icai.org. CA Final 2020 Admit Card can be downloaded by entering the login credentials namely the login id and password. The candidates must note that the admit card is not going to be sent via post. The admit card consists of the name and address of the candidates, exam time, exam date, address of the exam centre.

CA Final 2020 Preparation Tips
Apart from knowing the syllabus and exam pattern, al the test – takers need to follow a strict time schedule for scoring well in CA Final Exam.
- Make proper time table: Before starting the preparation, decide the time in which a particular paper has to be completed. Stick through to it till the time of examination.
- Stick to the syllabus: Refer to the syllabus provided by ICAI and stick to it. Check all the important chapters and topics and make the preparation strategy according to it only.
- Decide the groups: Before starting with the preparation, make sure the decision about which group has to be opted first is decided. Decide the group and then prepare accordingly.
- Check the amemndements: While doing the preparation, check all the amendments properly and then jot them down. Abide by those changes and prepare as per those changes.
- Watch Youtube videos: If any concept or topic is not clear, use the social media and check the same topic on youtube. Clear the problem by watching some video.
- Revise: Do not forget to revise the topics till a day before the exam. Revise all the topics time and again so that all the concepts are stored in your mind.

CA Final 2020 Eligibility Criteria
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) lays some terms and conditions for the candidates who want to appear for CA Final. Check the eligibility criteria for CA Final 2020 given below.
- The candidates must have passed the Intermediate or Professional Education Exam-II / PCE / IPCE / Intermediate (IPC) examination.
- Before applying for CA Final, the candidates must have registered with Board of Studies (BoS).
- The candidates must have completed 3 years or 3? years of articled training.
CA Final 2020 Application Form
The application for CA Final is released in the online mode at icaiexam.icai.org. Before filling CA Final Application Form, the candidates must register themselves with the Board of Studies.
- After the registration, the candidates are required to login
- Fill the details in the form such as personal details, contact details, address details.
- Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in the proper format.
- Pay the application fee
After filling the form, the candidates can preview and see if any information has errors or not. After going through the form, the candidates are required to pay the application fee.

CA Final 2020 Result
All those candidates who appeared for the exam can check their respective results for CA Final at the official website of the exam conducting body. For checking CA Final 2020 Result, the candidates need to enter their Roll Number and PIN or Registration Number. A merit list is also published on the official website which can be accessed by entering the login credentials. After the declaration of result, the statement of marks is also sent to candidates via post. A pass certificate is also sent to the candidates who have passed both the groups.
